My Aims

I'm continually amazed by how much people can achieve with the right amount of encouragement and support. As a coach, my aim is to enable women to live conscious, engaging, meaningful lives that truly sparkle - and I unashamedly believe that we all have the potential to live lives that we love.

My Background

Before becoming a Life Coach, I pursued a successful career in education. I was on a good salary, I loved the staff and the children were great - but somehow, in my heart of hearts I knew that this was not what I wanted to do for the long haul. Gradually I became aware that my work/life balance was out of alignment. I was constantly tired, lacked motivation and stopped being excited about what I was doing. As a result, other areas of my life began to suffer, so I took a deep breath and did the unthinkable ... I resigned. At the time, I didn't know whether the decision was the right one - I simply followed a strong gut instinct and took a big risk.

Since then my life has gone from strength to strength. I am now very happily married and love the work I'm doing. I qualified as a Life Coach with Achievement Specialists, whose course is accredited by the European Coaching Institute. I also trained with one of America's leading coaching institutes - C.T.I. - and am a member of the International Coaching Federation.

So I know what it is like to live my values and go for what I want, even when the decision takes courage and determination. I know what it means to create a life you love, rather than believe there is only the life you are currently immersed in. It means taking risks, falling over and getting up again - but we can choose to live a life that we feel passionate about.

As a coach, my mission is to support you in your quest to live the life you truly want - to challenge, to stimulate and motivate you, to ask questions and really listen to your answers. I will celebrate your successes and be there for you during the rougher rides. Coaching relationships are dynamic and powerful. The life you dream of is out there waiting for you - how wonderful would it be to have all the support and encouragement you need to claim it?
